These terms are the rules for using Gully4Glory, made by Xevrilo. By using the app you agree to them. They are written in plain words; please read them.

Who can use the app

The app is meant for people aged 13 and over. It is free and needs no account.

The app is provided as it is

The app is free and is provided "as is". We work hard to make it correct and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of mistakes or that it will suit every purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by using the app, including lost matches or wrong results.

Your data and your backups

Your matches are kept only on your phone. You are responsible for making your own backups. If your phone is lost, broken or reset, or the app is uninstalled, we cannot get your data back.

Scores, results and tournament decisions

Scores, results, approvals and tournament decisions are entered by the people who use the app: scorers, captains and organisers. The app helps to check them, but we do not check or confirm them.

We are not responsible for disputes between players, teams or organisers, or for wrong scores or results.

Names, photos and other people

• Do not use false or offensive names, photos or team crests.
• Use only logos and pictures you own or are allowed to use, such as your own team's logo.
• Do not pretend to be someone else, or use another person's name, photo or player card without their agreement.

Organisers, tournaments and sponsors

Organisers are responsible for their tournaments: the rules, entry fees, prizes, venues and decisions. The app does not handle any money.

Sponsors' names, logos and messages shown in a tournament are the responsibility of the organiser or club that added them.

Filming, voice notes and video

• Film players only with their consent.
• For children, film only when the organiser or school has confirmed that their parents agree.
• Share videos and voice notes only with people who are allowed to see or hear them.

Our name and design

The name Gully4Glory, its logo and the app's design belong to Xevrilo. You may share pictures and files made with the app, but you may not copy the app itself, its name or its logo.

Paid features and ads

This version has no payments and no ads. If paid features, refunds or ads are added later, their rules will be added to these terms first, and the app will tell you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and will do so before any online features are added. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the app after a change means you accept it.
